About Our Founder

I'm Adem Veli, an independent driving instructor with over 15 years of experience. After leaving my job as an FX broker, I started Passman and never looked back. I’ve taught across Chingford, Sidcup, and Bexley — even working with some well-known names like Mongraal (Faze Clan), a Shaolin monk, and footballers from Charlton and Norwich. I hold an “A” grade from the DVSA, offer Pass Plus training, and have helped several others become instructors too. Driving runs in the family — my dad, siblings, and I are all ADIs. Known for my calm, patient approach, I specialize in helping learners of all backgrounds, including those with anxiety, ADHD, or autism. I mainly cover Sidcup Test Centre, plus parts of Bexley, Erith, and Belvedere. Whether you're just starting out or building confidence, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
